Scott C. Heilman, Jr.

Scott C. Heilman, Jr., 81, of Kittanning, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning, PA.

He was born on Feb. 12, 1944 in Ford City, PA; the son of Scott C. and Ora M. (Serene) Heilman

Scott graduated from Ford City High School. He worked at Gulf, UPMC, Legent, and Mellon as a technical analyst/systems programmer. He lived in Kittanning Borough since 1990 and previously lived in Liberty Borough and Greensburg Borough. Scott was a member of the Kittanning Elks and the Kittanning Country Club. He enjoyed golfing and working with computers.

His memory will be cherished by his loving wife of 38 years, Zella M. (Krills) Heilman, whom he married on June 22, 1987; sons, Benjamin J. Heilman and girlfriend, Amy of Ford City and Lee S. Heilman and wife, Megan of Indiana, PA; grandchildren, Lily Heilman and Theo Heilman; and his sister, Kathryn McConnell of Fayetteville, AR.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, David C. Heilman.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
