William R. "Bill" Kinnan, Sr.
William R. "Bill" Kinnan, Sr., 76, of New Bethlehem, PA, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born December 16, 1939 in Wayne Twp., Armstrong Co., PA, the son of Clarence L. and Mary Evelyn (Stormer) Kinnan.
Bill was a lifelong resident of the area and honorably served in the US Army. He was self-employed as a truck driver from 1985 until 2001, but formerly worked as a truck driver for various companies, in the coal industry and as a farmer. Bill enjoyed gardening and attending the Belknap Auction. He also owned many antique cars and loved restoring them to their former glory.
His memory will be cherished by his wife, Margaret G. "Margy" (Miller) Kinnan, whom he married December 27, 1958; sons, William R. Kinnan, Jr. and wife, Linda, of Mayport, Ronald C. Kinnan and wife, Cheryl, of Rimersburg, Thomas E. Kinnan and wife, Kim, of Seminole, Terry G. Kinnan, of New Bethlehem, and Greg Talbott, of Florida; daughter, Sandra L. Troup and husband, Buck, of New Bethlehem; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert E. Kinnan, of Glen Campbell; sisters, Alice Ruffner and husband, Clifford, of Purchase Line, Jean MacBlain and husband, William, of Cherry Tree, Janet Constantine, of Jeannette, and Sally Lang, of Indiana, PA; and best friend and buddy, Bandit.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dean Fee; and sister, Mildred "Snooky" McAdams.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM until the time of funeral services at 8 PM on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Bauer-Bly Funeral Home, 125 E. Main St., Dayton, PA, with his brother, Lay Minister Robert E. Kinnan officiating.
Burial will be in Eddyville Cemetery, New Bethlehem, PA.
