Ronald E. Wyant

Ronald E. Wyant, age 59, of Pittsburgh, PA., died Saturday, May 12, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on February 21, 1953 in Kittanning, PA, the son of Norval O. and Loise (Hazlett) Wyant.

Ronald spent his younger years in Kittanning but spent most of his life in Pittsburgh. He was a lab technician at both UPMC Presbyterian Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Ronald loved animals and caring for his dog and bird; he was the proud daddy of Minnie and Sam. He was a hard worker, but was also known for his great sense of humor.

His memory will be carried on with love by his mother, Loise Wyant, of Kittanning; brothers, David Wyant and wife, Cindy, of Apollo, and John Wyant, Sr. and wife, Evelyn, of Ford City; one niece; four nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews; and roommate, Chuck Ortman.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Family and friends will be received from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 515 North McKean Street, Kittanning, PA.

Additional visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Snyder officiating.

Interment will be Pine Creek Baptist Cemetery in Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co., PA.
