Anna M. Hagofsky
Anna M. Hagofsky, of Kittanning, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the age of 77.She was born on Dec. 2, 1947, in Kittanning, PA; the daughter of Ernest Adams and Sadie (Grates) King.
Anna lived a life filled with love, kindness, and compassion. She was the heart of her family always putting others before herself and finding joy in seeing those around her happy. Known for her sweet spirit, warm hugs, and a smile that could brighten any room, Anna touched countless lives with her gentle presence.
Anna was a 1966 graduate of Kittanning High School. For 30 years, she worked as a bank teller at First National Bank, retiring in 2008. Alongside her husband, Ron, she also co-owned and operated Hagofsky Hauling. Anna enjoyed browsing flea markets and cherished time spent at family cookouts and gatherings. She will always be remembered as a loving and giving person who had a sweet and happy nature.
She shared a beautiful love with her husband, Ronald E. Hagofsky, a love that served as a shining example to all who knew them. Their devotion to one another was source of inspiration, and their bond will forever be cherished by their family.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Adams and Sadie (Grates) King; and a sister, Mona Rosenberger.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Hagofsky; son, Paul H. Hagofsky and daughter, Roni D. Hagofsky both of Kittanning; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Bowser of Kittanning. Her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. To them, she was not only a grandmother but also a comfort, a confidant, and a constant source of unconditional love.
A funeral service was privately held with family.
Her love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
