M. Annabelle Warner

M. Annabelle Warner, 91, of Ford City, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at ACMH Hospital.

She was born on January 24, 1926 in Armstrong Co., PA, the daughter of William John and Iva Florence (Faith) Hawk.

Annabelle was a 1943 graduate of Ford City High School and a lifetime resident of the area. She was an active member of United Rockville Lutheran Church and sang in the choir for over 50 years. Annabelle was a home maker and enjoyed listening to all types of music. Bluegrass music was her favorite and she attended many festivals over the years with her husband, Howard. The two also went on numerous camping trips and made many special friends during their travels.

She will be greatly missed by her son, William H. Warner and wife, Vickie, of Ford City; grandsons, Matthew G. Warner and Michael H. Warner and wife, Susan; sister-in-law, Elinor Hawk, of Kittanning Twp.; and several nieces and nephews.

Annabelle was predeceased by her parents; loving husband of 66 years, Howard F. Warner, who died August 19, 2015; brothers, Harry B. Hawk and wife, Irene, and William J. Hawk; grandparents who raised her from age 12, Clara Belle and Harry Faith; and her aunt that helped raise her, Ruby Faith.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.

Additional visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM on Friday, January 5, 2018 at United Rockville Lutheran Church, 720 St. Rt. 2020, Ford City, PA, with the Rev. Barbara E. Love officiating.

Burial will be in United Rockville Lutheran Cemetery, Ford City, PA.
