Linda L. Anthony

Linda L. Anthony, 82, of Rimersburg, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026 at her home.

Linda was born on Dec. 8, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Mary (Runyan) and Ord Allen Randolph Sr.

Linda was a graduate of Union High School, where she met her high school sweetheart, Rudy Anthony in the eighth grade. She was a faithful member of Lawsonham Christian Church and a devoted Christian who loved the Lord with all her heart. She was employed more than 20 years at the Archway Cookie Co., where she worked as a packer.

Linda was a talented seamstress and enjoyed sewing for family and friends. She made over 75 quilts and made each of her grandchildren a special t-shirt quilt. She was also a phenomenal cook, well known for her homemade noodles. Linda enjoyed shopping, decorating for the holidays, and tending to the flowers on her porch.

Above all, Linda will be remembered for her boundless love, generosity, selflessness, and for being a devoted grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren.

Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband, Rudy W. Anthony whom she married on May 29, 1961; her son, Robert W. Anthony and wife, Bonnie of Shippenville; daughters, Robin L. Anthony of Erie, PA, Sandie D. Stuart and husband, Mark of Girard, PA, and Wendy C. Shick and husband Kevin of Claridge, PA; 10 grandchildren, Kaleena (David) Estrada, Corbin (Mandy) Dunkle, Anthony, Austin, and Andie Stuart, Reed, Ryan, and Noel Anthony, Brogan (Kelsey) Shick and Gaven Shick; two-great grandchildren, Daveena and Daylen Estrada; a brother, Ord Randolph Jr. and wife, Roxie of Rimersburg; and a sister, Lisa Hoover of Pittsburgh.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, James and Benny Randolph; and a sister, Shirley Nulph.

Services will be held privately.

Interment is in Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, PA.
