Jeffrey E. "Jeff" Hillis

Jeffrey E. "Jeff" Hillis, 57, of Rimersburg, PA, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born on May 28, 1968 in Greenville, PA, the son of A. Eugene and Kaye A. (McCall) Hillis.

Jeff was a graduate of Union High School and went on to study mechanics at Val Tech in Blairsville. He dedicated more than 20 years as a truck driver with Clarion Bathware, which allowed him to travel across the country and see much of the United States.

Jeff enjoyed singing karaoke, spending time with friends, and had a passion for working on cars. He treasured time with his family and looked forward to family gatherings and holidays. Jeff especially loved camping at Cook Forest with his children.

His memory will be cherished by his children, Jeffrey S. Hillis, Sr. (Stevie Campbell), Dustin E. Hillis, and Kayla M. Hillis all of Rimersburg; and seven grandchildren, Matthew Zielinski, Kira Hillis, Madison Beveridge, Zander Hillis, Haylee Hillis, Jeffrey S. Hillis, Jr., and Gracie N. Hillis.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends will be received from 12 PM on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026 until the time of services at 2 PM at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 758 Main Street, Rimersburg with Rev. Gary Guntrum officiating.

Interment will be in Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, PA.
