Shirley Louise Hartman

Shirley Louise Hartman, 88, of Rimersburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 at Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sligo, PA.

She was born in Venango County on July 25, 1936, the daughter of the Carl Fredrick and Ruth (Cunningham) Pullease.

Shirley attended cosmetology school and had worked as a hairdresser for a time and also as a waitress in North Carolina. Upon moving back to Pennsylvania, she was employed by Venango VNA as an aide. Her cats were special to her, especially Jackson. Shirley enjoyed crafting, gardening, and loved celebrating holidays with family.

Her memory will be cherished by her son, Jeff Bundy and wife, Carol, of Rimersburg; two grandchildren, Courtney Swoboda and Lucas Bundy; a great-grandchild, Lathen Swoboda; and a brother, Carol Joseph Pullease and wife, Kay, of Cochranton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Elizabeth Bundy.

Family and friends will be received from 2-4 PM on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home, 758 Main St., Rimersburg, PA. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM with the Rev. Mark Deeter officiating.
