Cathy L. Questiaux

Cathy L. Questiaux, 68, of Indiana, PA, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Concordia at Cabot.

She was born January 30, 1956 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Robert and Patricia (Morrow) Cather.

Cathy graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 1974 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She later received her Master's in Business Administration from Duquesne University. For many years, Cathy worked as an admissions counselor for Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

She was a member of Saving Grace Church in Indiana, PA and a former member Harvest Community Church in Kittanning, where she belonged to prayer groups and led a bible study. Reading and running were two of her favorite hobbies and she loved ballroom dancing. Cathy also enjoyed boating on the Allegheny River, a favorite spot to relax with family and friends.

She will be remembered with love by her husband Tom Stormer of Indiana, PA; brothers, Mark Robert Cather and wife, Vicki, of Florida, Dan William Cather and wife, Lori, of Cranberry Twp.; and Dean Michael Cather and wife, Jennifer, of Harrisburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, David J. Questiaux.

Friends will be received from 1 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, until the time of the funeral service at 3 PM at the Saving Grace Church, 921 Hospital Road, Indiana, PA, 15701, with the Pastor Joe Ryer officiating.

Interment will be private at Wattersonville United Methodist Cemetery, Cowansville, PA.
