J. Elaine Beabout

J. Elaine Beabout, 76, of Rimersburg, PA passed away on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025 at Clarion Hospital.

She was born on Aug. 11, 1949 in Butler, PA; the daughter of Frank and Isabelle (Vogel) Crissman.

In her younger years, Elaine enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing with her husband, John. She also liked playing bingo, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She looked forward to family cookouts and had a special fondness for collecting anything with raccoons. Her beloved cat, Twilight, was her pride and joy. Elaine will be lovingly remembered for her caring heart and the way she was always there for others.

Her memory will be cherished by her sons, Mike Beabout and wife Brenda Greenwalt of Carwick, Brian Beabout of East Brady, and David Beabout of Sligo; daughter, Tammy Beabout and companion Brian of Rimersburg; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Elaine is also survived by her brother, Chuck Crissman and wife Billie of Curlsville and sisters, Cathy Johnson of Rimersburg and Rhonda Henry and Sligo.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John H. Beabout.
