Donald Adams

Donald E. Adams, age 60, of Kittanning, PA, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Allegheny General Hospital.

He was born in Kittanning on December 29, 1951, the son of the late Gene M. and Willovene Ruth Rankin Adams.

Donald was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his degree in Computer Science. Following graduation from Pitt he moved to Houston , TX where he lived and worked for more than 20 years before returning to Kittanning. Don was a man with many interests but his greatest passion was as a licensed pilot flying his Mooney 231 plane.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Henslee Adams and his son Andrew Adams, both of Houston, TX; two brothers, Kevin G. Adams and his wife Phyllis of Kittanning and Jeffrey K. Adams of West Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per the family's wishes, funeral services are private.
