Nancy Jane Smith

Nancy Jane Smith, 79, of Polk, PA, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Polk Center in Polk, PA.

She was born August 14, 1939 in Kellersburg, PA, the daughter of Harry N. and Leah Alberta (Smith) Smith.

Nancy enjoyed taking car rides with her brother, Ernest. She was a resident of Polk Center since 1950 and was loved by those who cared for her.

She will be remembered with love by her brother, Ernest Smith, of Templeton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald and Gerald Jeffers; and sister, Janet McKay.

The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 12 PM on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 758 Main St., Rimersburg, PA, with the Rev. Donald Jeffers, Jr. officiating.

Interment will be in Kellersburg Methodist Cemetery, Templeton, PA.
