Jason A. Smail

Jason A. Smail, 42, of Kittanning, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at his home of natural causes.

He was born on Aug. 7, 1979, in Natrona Heights, PA, to Donald Lee and Irene Lynn (Raypush) Smail.

Jason was a 1997 graduate of Ford City High School and earned his Associates Degree from Butler Community College. He worked as a test technician with Curtiss Wright. Jason enjoyed playing softball, baseball and was recently learning how to play golf. He loved spending time with his family and will be lovingly remembered as good natured person with a loving personality.

His memory will be cherished by his loving wife of 15 years Tracey L. Reese; his daughters, Alexis Reese, Emily Reese, and Halie Salsgiver, grandson, Damien Braxton; and his brother, Donald Smail and wife, Denise of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
