Linda J. Kirkwood

Linda J. Kirkwood, 85, of Catharpin, VA, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021 at The Wellington at Lake Manassas in Gainesville, VA.

She was born July 28, 1936 in California, the daughter of Charles Caleb and Edith A. (Brown) Smeeton.

Her memory will be cherished by her step-daughters, Lisa (Kirkwood) LaBossiere and husband, Richard of Catharpin, VA and Beth Kirkwood of Fauquier County, VA; her grandson, Jason LaBossiere and wife, Amanda (Silverman); and her granddaughter, Jessica Gannon LaBossiere and her partner, Jeffrey Jenkins.

Linda was predeceased by her parents; her loving husband, Marion F. "Kirk" Kirkwood Jr., who passed away on April 6, 2003, her son and daughter; and her three sisters..

A funeral service will be held, Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021 at Lawn Haven Burial Estates, 1290 Butler Road, Worthington, PA 16262.

Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, PA.
