Bobby E. Witters, Jr.

Bobby E. "Butch" Witters, Jr., 59, of Plumville, PA, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019, at his home.

He was born August 4, 1959, in Warren, PA, the son of Bobby E. Witters, Sr. and Patricia (Anderson) Witters.

Bobby worked as a truck driver for Sallack and was a former member of the Elderton Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Bobby was a "family man" and his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. Bobby was a workaholic, was always busy, and never sat down. He will best be remembered for his great sense of humor and making everybody laugh.

His memory will be cherished by his wife, Carla (Uptegraph) Witters whom he married May 23, 1981; two daughters, Sarah A. Dunmire and husband, Kevin, of Plumville, and Katie E. Hilty and fiancé, Robin Spencer, Jr. of Plumville; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Morgan of Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Christy Witters and an infant twin; and a sister, Debra E. Schmidt.

Family and friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019, at the Clark Chapel of the Bauer Funeral Home, Inc., 238 S. Main St., Elderton, PA.

Contributions can be made in Bobby's honor to the funeral home to help assist the family with the funeral expenses.
