Maxine Elizabeth Corle

Maxine Elizabeth Corle, 75, of Rimersburg, PA, passed away Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, at Clarion Hospital.

She was born March 2, 1943 in Toby Twp., Clarion County, PA, the daughter of Andrew and Minnie (Croyle) Guntrum.

Maxine was a life-long resident of the Rimersburg area and attended Carwick Wesleyan Church. She was an EMT for the Southern Clarion County Ambulance Service and belonged to the Rimersburg Firemen's Ladies Auxiliary. Maxine enjoyed playing bingo and visiting the birds at Golden Living with her great-grandson, Colston.

She will be deeply missed by her sons, Kenneth A. Corle and wife, Missy, of Rimersburg, Jeffrey A. Corle and wife, Jane, of Rimersburg, Russell C. Corle and wife, Shawna, of Rimersburg, and David Sean Corle, of New Bethlehem; daughter, Sharon A. Anthony and husband, David, of Curllsville; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mabel Yount and Pauline Wiant and husband, William, all of Rimersburg.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Thomas and Bruce Guntrum; and sister, Betty Murray.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 758 Main St., Rimersburg, with her nephew, the Rev. Gary Guntrum officiating.

Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery, Templeton, PA.
