Gerald T. "Jerry" Bash, Jr., 69, of Creekside, PA, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at his mother-in-law's home, Brookview Country Manor in Creekside.

He was born May 28, 1948, in Natrona Heights, PA, the son of Gerald Thomas Bash, Sr. and Mary (Anderson) Townsend.

Jerry served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and worked for American Beverage Corp. at Daily's Juice Products in Verona, retiring in 2011.

He will be remembered with love by his daughters, Nrenda Newsom, of Creekside, Leigh-Enda Dilts, of Creekside, and Reona June Long, of Spring Church; grandchildren, Travis Dilts, Brandon Dilts, Trinity Louder and Michael Rosenberger; brother, William Bash and wife, Anita Long, of Elderton; sister, Regan Pierce, of Black Lick; nephew, Thad Pierce; niece, Betsy Thrift; great-nephews, Adam and Noah Thrift; and mother-in-law, Audrey Newsom, of Creekside.

He was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife, Brenda S. (Newsom) Bash, whom he married July 26, 2003 and who died October 9, 2017.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Jerry's life will take place at 3 PM on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the Towne Hall, 11319 US Rt. 422, Elderton, PA.
